How will my purchase be packaged?
We package our jewelry to sustain the possibility of rugged travels to ensure your piece(s) of adornment arrives to the wearer as intended. Our jewelry is placed in a keepsake jute bag and then placed inside a complimenting pillow box ready for gift giving.
How do I clean and care for my jewelry?
Perfumes, lotions and natural body oils can transfer onto your jewelry with normal wear, making your jewelry a little dull over time. To maintain and clean your piece of adornment, simply wipe the beaded parts of your jewelry with a slightly damp cloth, after each wear. The metal components can be polished with a jewelry polishing cloth. Many jewelry cleaners can be abrasive to natural stones and we don't recommend it for our pieces. It is best to keep your jewelry stored in a box away from moisture like a bathroom to prevent tarnishing.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We offer several pendants and beads in our shop for your selection if you would like to start there. If you are thinking of something completely different or want something similar in our store, please contact us at Hello@divinitejewellrybyporchia.com and describe your vision. I will work with you on your design step by step. Tell us what you are looking for (color, bead type, pendant type, shape, style, size, etc.). As the work progresses, you will be sent progress photos of your custom piece from bead to clasp for your approval. Once your project has been completed, we will send you a final photo for your review and approval. A invoice for the completion will be sent. To start a custom order, we require a nonrefundable $50 deposit to begin. This deposit will allow me to start the work involved in your custom piece (sourcing materials, sketching, research, etc.)

Where do you source your materials?
We source our materials from all over the world. We definitely favor vintage elements and handmade components from cooperatives that assist in achieving a better quality of life for individuals and their families. Many of our pieces come from Nepal, a wonderful place filled with a rich and humbling history. We love that each their work is so detailed and no two elements are alike. I tend to find pieces from estate sales, vintage stores , online and more.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Are your larger pieces heavy in weight?
Some of our pieces, mostly are necklaces, tend to have some weight to them. This weight is due to our larger natural stones and some of our larger, bold pendants that are solid in construction. Using natural stones will have some weight because they are real. If you see a piece that you would like but would like a similar design that is lighter, contact us. We would love to work with you. How often do you create new collections?
We create a collection, 25-50 pieces, twice a year, Spring/Summer & Fall/Holiday. At times, we will create pieces throughout the year to add to our store, just because you know, we LOVE designing!
Does Divinite' Jewellry support any organizations?
Yes!! We are a proud ASD family (Autism Spectrum Disorder)! A portion of all our jewelry sales goes towards organizations to help families living with, working with and caring for individuals on the spectrum.

We proudly care for our jewelry, for as long as you have it and after that. If your jewelry has broken, you may return the piece to us to repair to the following address:

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. We charge 8.9% sales tax for the state of Georgia.
What are your shipping rates and where do you ship?
We offer free domestic shipping to all orders placed within the United States. For international orders, we use international priority shipping to ensure tracking and delivery.
